From the surface to the schedule, here’s what to know before starting your next screen printing project.
Do you print T-shirts or clothing?
No. Screen Printing Specialist LLC does not print T-shirts, clothing or other apparel. The shop specializes in industrial parts and custom surfaces, including panels, faceplates, enclosures and components.
What kinds of parts can I ask about?
Control panels, faceplates, enclosures, housings, metal parts and finished surfaces are all good starting points. Describe the actual part, its material and coating so the printing requirements can be discussed.
What should I include in a quote request?
Start with a description of the part, its material and finish, the approximate quantity and your timeframe. Add the size of the print area and number of colors if known. You can send an inquiry even if some details still need to be worked out.
Does my artwork need to be finished?
No. Tell us whether you have finished artwork, a draft or an idea. Describe what needs to be printed so artwork requirements and next steps can be discussed.
What if my part has bends, welds or hardware?
Mention those features, including anything behind the printing area. They can affect support and placement. Include the approximate distance between the artwork and any edges, holes or raised features.
Can you print on powder-coated or brushed metal?
These are among the surfaces the shop works with. The specific material, coating, geometry and intended use still need to be reviewed for your project.
What does it cost, and is there a minimum order?
If you have been printing with another company, SPS can match or beat what you have been paying. Include your current pricing with your inquiry, along with the part, quantity and printing requirements. Ask about any order requirements for your project.
How long will my project take?
Turnaround time is 3–5 days from delivery or pickup. Include your target date in your inquiry so the project details can be discussed.
How do new clients pay?
All new clients are cash on delivery (COD), paid by cash or check.
